  1. Prospective authors are invited to submit original, high-quality papers that are unpublished and not under review elsewhere.<\/li>
  2. All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review by experts (the Scientific Committee).<\/li>
  3. Abstract submission should be arround 200-300 words.<\/li>

    3. All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review by experts (the Scientific Committee). Authors of accepted papers must revise their work in accordance with reviewer comments before final acceptance.<\/li>
    4. All submissions will be checked for plagiarism, including self-plagiarism. Submissions found to contain plagiarism will be rejected.<\/li>
    5. Authors submitting abstracts only will be invited to give oral presentations, but their work will not be published in the proceedings.<\/li><\/ol>
